Berry Smoothie Bowl

A great way to help educate and get your Ultimate Kids eating healthier and filling them up with all the vitamins and micro nutrients they need to order to grow!



Ingredients:

  • 150g Frozen berries

  • 150ml Milk of choice

  • 100g Frozen cauliflower

  • 1 Scoop of protein powder (optional, although this is a great way to add extra protein to a meal)

  • 1/4 tbsp Vanilla essence


Here’s how to do it:

  1. Add all ingredients into a powerful blender. Adding more milk if necessary.

  2. Serve in a bowl and add any fruit, veg, nuts or seed toppings of your choices.

  3. Enjoy!


Tip:


Allow your Ultimate Kids to add the toppings and make pictures with them. They will be more inclined to eat it then!
