Ultimate Kids Camp Bookings

All Ultimate Kids Camps have limited spaces. You must secure your bookings online before any camp you would like to attend. We can not reserve your space without payment which may result in there being no availability upon your arrival. Please ensure you check & book prior to attendance. For cancellations  and amendments please see our cancellation policies below.

 

Ultimate Kids Camp Cancellations/ Amendments/ Refunds

If you are unable to attend a camp booking you have placed, please inform Ultimate Kids via email (customercare@ultimatekidsltd.co.uk) as soon as possible or amend your booking online. Failure to do so will result in no refund or rearrangements.

All camps can be cancelled with a 100% refund if done so 14 days or more prior to camp start. Bookings cancelled within 8-13 days of camp start will receive 50% monies refunded and any cancellations within 7 days of the camp start date will result in a 100% charge and no monies refunded. Cancellations and amendments are to be submitted via email: 

customercare@ultimatekidsltd.co.uk or online.

In the case, Ultimate Kids Ltd cancel a full or partial camp booking, you will receive options in relation to the circumstances that your booking was cancelled in order to compensate. You are not entitled to cash refunds in every situation and this will made clear each time.

Ultimate Kids Class Bookings

Ultimate Kids Class Cancellations/ Amendments/ Refunds

If you are unable to attend a class you have booked please inform Ultimate Kids via email (customercare@ultimatekidsltd.co.uk) 24 hours beforehand or amend your booking online. Failure to do so will result in no refund or rearrangements.

All classes can be cancelled with a 100% refund if done so 24 hours or more prior to class start date via email: customercare@ultimatekidsltd.co.uk or online. Classes cancelled after this period will incur a 100% charge and no monies will be refunded.

Shop Orders & Deliveries

Orders placed before 5:00pm will be processed and sent to the manufacturer that day. Orders submitted after this deadline will be sent and processed the following day (excluding weekends).

Standard Delivery: All orders may take up to 10 business days. Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail.

Ultimate Kids Camp Clothing Orders: All orders will be available for collection on the first day of the camp as long as they are ordered 7 days prior to start date. Orders after this time may experience delay.

 

Shop Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All full priced clothing orders are refundable and exchangeable within 28 days of delivery. Clothing must be unworn for orders to be accepted for returns and exchanges. All discounted and sale items are non-refundable nor exchangeable.

If Ultimate Kids Ltd have reason to believe that the item has not met the requirements then no refund will be given.
